We always eat here every time may special occasion samin like birthday ko, birthday ng anak ko, wedding anniversary. Haha. Favorite kasi ng husband ko dito. Pihikan kasi yun dito lang niya gusto kumaen pag special occasion. LOL. Dito lang kasi yung subok na ang mga food. Masasarap kasi talaga. Hindi nawawala sa order namin ang Beef Kare Kare, Sinigang na Hipon, Fresh Lumpia at Chicken nila. Although dry yung chicken, we still loved it. Pati cousin ko bet na din niya kumaen dito kasi lagi din namin siya kasama mag celebrate dito. The best din nga pala "Sisig Tofu" nila.
Sakto lang ang service. Hindi naman sobrang tagal ang waiting time. Polite naman mga crew. Keep it up, Max's!
First time naming kumain dito sa Max,na walking distance lang from our house which is located along 10th avenue Caloocan, para icelebrate ang birthday ng Mama ko. Masasarap naman yung mga dishes. Nasarapan ako sa lomi (must try), pork binagoongan (ang lambot ng baboy), crispy pata, buttered vegetables ata yun at sa leche flan. Nakakadisappoint lang yung chicken mismo, kasi ang dry. Hindi ko inexpect na kung ano pa yung specialty nila yun pa yung di kasarapan. Masyado rin maasim para sakin yung paksiw na bangus pero okay naman para sa Mama ko, kaya okay nalang din. Infairness din sa chocolate cake nila, hindi siya yung overwhelming sa tamis na cake, yung tamang tama lang na pwede mong ulit ulitin. Mababait ang waiters at accomodating naman. All in all, umuwi kaming busog at masaya sa aming experience para sa birthday ng Mama ko. Thank you Max. :)
Max delivery is our staple for guests at the office and this is the nearest branch. We buy a chopsuey platter (one fourth chicken rice and chopsuey) for each person and order otherto supplement. The chopsuey is noticeably less now than before and even more noticeable is the lack of pork liver in the veggies. Sadly i think max is doing cost cutting as well.
Celebrated father's day here, naghintay kami kasi sobrang daming tao. And then kahit palipat lipat kami ng table kasi di ako comfy sa table namin, hindi nagrereklamo yung mga staff. More power, Max's! ❤️
After visiting my dad at the columbary. My sibling, mom, and I decided to dine in at Max's for lunch. Service is ok, it didn't take a long time for us to wait. However, food was not that hot when they had served it. Anyway, kare kare is flavorful and chicken is appetizing.
Good service as always. My husband and my kids always love to go here since were just a block away. I so love their deep fried chicken.
When it comes to fried chicken, there's no shortage of good restaurants to dine. I personally love Max's for my chicken. Its original recipe will surely make you crave for more.
I went to max's caloocan to claim free chicken and fresh lumpia promo from buying worth 2,500 and 6,000 drom my easwest credit card then i came across this cake and thought of trying it for my hubby's bday the next day. It's good and it's not so sweet too.
Great place to celebrate. As always service is great so as the food ...truly sarap to the bones and the fresh lumpia is so great to the palette.
