I recently spent a month in Bacolod for work and this was my favorite restaurant in the entire city (no joke). My colleague and I tried most of the items on the menu (we were there almost every day) and loved every last one of them. My favorite menu item hands down was the sisig
The service was excellent and the owner (and her family) were incredibly nice.
During the month I was living in Bacolod, I went to Salgado's for lunch almost every day. My favourite dishes were the Sate Spare Rib and the Hawaiian Bacon, but all other plates were also delicious, such as the pulled pork sandwich!
The best part about this family-owned restaurant is Colette, the owner and manager. She is so friendly and provides very good service to clients. If you're passing by San Sebastian, you can't miss the opportunity to have this family-oriented experience. It was excellent.
